• Five years working with financial analysis or business intelligence
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data visualization tools
• Experience explaining complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of Australian business compliance requirements

We need someone who can turn messy business data into clear dashboards that actually get used. This role involves working directly with clients to understand what questions they're trying to answer, then building tools that help.

• Three years building BI solutions or data analytics platforms
• Proficiency with SQL and at least one visualization platform
• Track record of delivering projects clients actually use
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships

This isn't a sales role. You'll be the main contact for existing clients, helping them get the most out of our analysis work and identifying when they might need additional support with their business metrics.

• Background in client services within finance or consulting
